Our design team will send a preview before production in the Order Id WhatsApp group
If you have an invitation to create a WhatsApp group - design preview may be delayed
Design preview will be shared through WhatsApp for the mobile number mentioned in the billing address (if both shipping & billing addresses are different).
Else will be shared to Shipping address mobile number.
If there is no WhatsApp for both shipping & billing addresses, then we will share the design preview through the mail which delays the delivery by 9 business days.
Note:
⭕ Express Shipping takes 3 business days for design + 2 business days for production + 2 business days for shipping.
⭕ Standard Shipping takes 4 business days for design + 3 business days for production + 5 business days for shipping.
⭕ Free Shipping takes 6 business days for design + 4 business days for production + 6 business days for shipping.
⭕ Business days don't include Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
Note: Design preview is available only for photo-based products not for text-based products. Example: Personalized Jewellery, Pens, Wallets, Flip Names, Engraved Products, Leather Products etc., doesn't have design
